Dear Client
We have provisionally reserved you a space within Puppy Class commencing 1st Saturday of the month
Please remember the class runs from 1pm – 2pm. If you could arrive no earlier than 12.45pm and park either in the car park or horizontally along the edge of the barn, that would be great.
Gates will close promptly at 12.55pm
Please assemble in the Dutch Barn, with your dogs on their leads and our trainer will meet you in there at 12.55pm.
To be able to confirm your place, could you please forward the full cost of £40.00. All cheques made payable to ‘Glebe Von Wood’. Please note this cost is non-refundable and weekly sessions not attended can not either be refunded or transferred to alternate weeks.
We are now able to accept payment by card, if you wish to use this service please call us and we will take payment over the phone.
You may also pay your deposit directly into our bank account.

You will find attached ‘Puppy Details, please complete and return this form signed by yourself along with your deposit, so that we can fully confirm your booking and up date your details before your arrival.
Please note that on arrival, you will need to bring with you your pets vaccination card.

Please note our charges are per 24-hour stay based on an am or pm collection are £13.28

PS. You will find us right at the end of Green Lane. We would appreciate your co-operation in acknowledging that many people use the lane to walk their dogs along and would therefore ask you politely to please not exceed 30pmh.
On arrival at the farm, please drive into the farm and use the parking area. If the gates are closed please either press the bell on the outside of the gates or call the number found on the gate to gain entry. Do not open the gates open, as we exercise some dogs off of the lead. Thank you.

Special Instructions/Requirements – This information is relevant if your dog is to take advantage of the Free Day Crèche available to take during the duration of your course.
- What are the feeding arrangements?
- Does your dog chew bedding?
- Is your dog aggressive towards other dogs?
- Is your dog aggressive towards people?
- Do you give your permission for your dog to be worked off the lead?
- Would you like your pet walking with other dogs of a similar temperament?
- Does your pet have any existing problems/conditions that we need to be made aware of?
- If your pet is ill or receives a minor injury would you like us to call a vet straight away or are you happy for us to deal with it ourselves?
- If your pet passes away whilst they are with us, would you like for us to call the vet for cremation or would you like us to keep them on ice?
- Do you regularly de-worm and de-flea your pets?
- If your dog enters the premises with fleas, they will be administered with frontline from a vet and sectioned off for 48 hours. The cost of the vet and treatment will be past onto the owners.
- Is you pet micro chipped?
- We charge £15 for micro chipping.
- Would you like a bath & dry or a full groom at the end of your stay?
